Strap & Bracelet Refresh
Cleaning, resizing, and refitting of leather, rubber, or metal bracelets. Worn spring bars renewed, clasp checked, bracelet gently cleaned. Most jobs back the same day.

Chronograph Servicing
Servicing of the chronograph works alongside the base movement. Pusher function checked and reset behaviour adjusted. Suited to pieces whose stopwatch action has grown stiff or imprecise.

Complete Overhaul & Refinish
Full movement overhaul combined with hand refinishing of the case and bracelet. Brushing and polishing to original lines, crystal renewal, and full water-resistance work. For a piece you intend to keep.

Hands-on Diagnosis
Each piece is assessed in person before any work begins. No guesswork, no hidden scope — you receive a clear description of what is needed and why.
Period-Correct Approach
Refinishing follows the original surface treatment. A brushed case stays brushed; a polished bezel stays polished. The goal is restoration, not alteration.
Honest Timelines
Turnaround estimates are given at drop-off and updated if circumstances change. Work is not rushed to meet an artificial deadline.
Written Service Record
A full service record accompanies each completed piece. Useful for insurance, resale, or simply knowing what was done and when.

The workshop sits on Wireless Road in Lumphini — straightforward to reach whether you are coming from Ploenchit BTS, Asok, or driving in from anywhere in the city.
Water Resistance Work
Gasket renewal and pressure testing are included in the full overhaul service — not offered as a chargeable add-on. A watch sealed properly is a watch worn with confidence.

Asked Before You Drop Off
Do you work on all watch brands?
We work on the majority of mechanical and automatic watches regardless of brand, including Swiss, Japanese, and German movements. Highly complicated pieces or those requiring manufacturer-only parts may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How do I get my watch to the workshop?
You are welcome to bring the piece in person to 98 Witthayu Road, Lumphini. We can also advise on secure local courier options if visiting in person is not convenient. Please contact us first so we can expect your piece.
Will I receive an estimate before work begins?
Yes. After an initial assessment, we provide a written scope and price before any dismantling or repair work is authorised. No work proceeds without your approval.
How are turnaround times determined?
Strap and bracelet work is typically completed within one business day. Chronograph servicing runs three to four weeks and full overhaul takes four to eight weeks, depending on parts availability and the condition of the movement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash (Thai Baht), and major credit cards. A deposit may be requested for overhaul and chronograph work; details will be confirmed at quote stage.
Is there a warranty on completed work?
We stand behind the quality of our work. If an issue arises directly relating to the service performed, please contact us and we will review it promptly. Specific terms are discussed at the time of collection.
