Equipment That Matches the Work
The tools used at Clockraft are chosen for the work, not for appearances. Ultrasonic cleaning tanks, timing machines, and pressure testing equipment are standard in a properly equipped watch workshop. They are not optional extras here.
Pieces are stored individually and tracked through a physical register from the moment they arrive. Nothing is left on an open bench overnight. The process is designed to prevent the minor errors that accumulate in busy, disorganised repair environments.

The enquiry process at Clockraft begins with a message describing the piece and the observed issue. An assessment follows before anything is booked in. If the work falls outside the three service types offered, that is said plainly rather than accepted and handled poorly.
